The first larger birds went to our flight cage yesterday- a fox caught Acorn Woodpecker, a Black Phoebe who had a foxtail in her wing, a Robin with an eye injury and 3 orphaned Starlings. A big thanks to Amador Community Foundation, Jackson Creek Veterinary Clinic and The Feed Barn for making this cage possible. A big thanks to Bub Wills for getting it ready for our feathered friends!
