I have a Raccoon behind my Grill!

Eric from Animal Control was called because this was one angry raccoon and we did not want anyone to get bitten.  The Lexus has a low hanging grill and when the raccoon was hit, the plastic mesh gave way and then sprung back, holding it inside.  Eric was able to sedate the raccoon, snare it, get it into a cage and then off to Jackson Creek Vet Clinic.  Dr. Stacey found this young adult had a fractured Radius and splinted it.  This very lucky raccoon will heal with us for about 6 weeks and will get released back to Linden.
