Leaving a Legacy of Care

PicturePhoto courtesy of Frank R. Perez
None of us, of course, can see what the future holds for wildlife in this changing world, but we at Tri County Wildlife Care are inspired to save wildlife for their sake, our sake, and the sake of future generations. We hope you are able to travel with us on this journey by leaving a legacy of care for the critters. TCWC continues to be honored by our loyal Forever Wildlife Friends who have already chosen to expand their circle of heirs to include native wildlife. Please consider joining them knowing the tracks you leave behind will guide our path going forward.

Your legal advisor can walk you through the necessary steps to designate Tri County Wildlife Care as a full or partial beneficiary of:
  • your will or revocable living trust
  • your life insurance policy, either still being paid for or paid-up
  • your retirement assets, such as an IRA, 401(k), 403(b), pension or other tax-deferred plan
When properly established, gifts from your estate can often save you estate taxes. Also, since TCWC, as a nonprofit, will not be taxed on your gift, more will be available to provide humane and gentle care for future animals in need.

To recognize your special and forward thinking generosity, your name is added, with your permission, to our TCWC Forever Wildlife Friends display alongside all those who believe that the future of humane wildlife care is all in our hands.
